Role Summary:
As an Accounts Payable/Office Admin, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, and payments and receipts of raw materials. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, and providing support for our financial operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative services to the respective location such as answering the phone, directing calls, responding to emails, filing paperwork.
- Use SYSPRO Accounting system to post Accounts Payable invoices.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate people.
- Send invoices and statements per customer requests.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Filing.
- Perform general administrative duties related to finance and accounting.
- Other related duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
Must Have’s
- 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with suppliers and colleagues.
- Strong proficiency MS Office programs.
An Asset to Have:
- Experience using Syspro / Spire software.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
