MB Global Foods, a dynamic, import/export company specializing in frozen fruits and vegetables marketed worldwide is looking for an accounts payable clerk who will be responsible for all tasks pertaining to the accounts payable cycle for both MB Global Foods and Koolberry. To succeed in this role, the Accounts Payable Clerk will handle the following responsibilities, and have the below qualifications:
Main Responsibilities:
- Entering Supplier and Vendor Product Invoices
- Organizing Aging Reports in preparation for the payment run
- Following up with logistics and sales to make sure invoices have been approved for payment
- Filing and Archiving of Accounting Documents in Proper Folders
- Entering Payments in SAP
- Verify and Reconcile Vendor Statements
- Day-To-Day Communication with Vendors
- Completing New Credit Applications
- Identifying Budget Discrepancies and Resolving them in coordination with Logistics Department
- Entering new vendors in SAP
- Issuing DN to vendors
- Answer the main phone line and manage the door phone
- Enter employee expense reports in SAP

Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- Results-oriented approach and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English, French)
- Strong organizational skills and capable of prioritizing workload
- Problem solving skills
- Possess the ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with SAP Business One is a major asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in an accounting department from a logistics background is a major asset
