DUTIES
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Prepare and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel, Condo Control Central
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Assist property manager with the routine duties
Requirements
- Criminal and Financial background checks are required.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web based platforms)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus
Note: Experience of at least two years is preferred.
