About Us:
Our team at Belleisle Psychology Clinic is looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time bilingual administrative assistant to join our dynamic administrative team, and growing clinic. We currently have two offices in Gatineau and Ottawa. We accept applications for remote, hybrid, and in-person work opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for a busy and growing clinic
- Schedule appointments for multiple clinicians and professionals
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Process all billings, including federal and private insurance claims
- Collect payments from clients on time and follow up on any missed payments or billing issues
- Perform data entry and filing as required
- Process payroll
- Handle other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Track record of success in administrative roles
- At least 5 years of experience in the medical field or a field that requires managing confidential information
- Bilingual (English and French)
- At least two references
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software)
Salary:
- Starting at $35 per hour. 35+ depending on applicant's qualification.
- 40 hours per week, for 48 weeks: $67,200 annually
- Salary reevaluation after 6 months based on performance
