- Salary - Commensurate with Experience
- Schedule - Part-time, permanent
- The position is located out of our head office in Abbotsford. We are building our new warehouse in Mission, BC and anticipate moving to that warehouse in 18-24 months.

Job Duties
Processing payments on customer Accounts Receivable
- Fast paced environment with a high volume of daily payments to be posted
- Time sensitive
- Communication with customers required on account inquiries and payment issues
- Good telephone and email skills are required
Posting new Accounts Payables
- Multi-company and multi-currency environment
- Good accuracy is required
Participating as a team member within the company, department team meetings and events
Working with teams on operational efficiency projects
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience with accounts receivable/payable
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) applications
- Previous experience with SAGE 300 is considered an asset
- Pivot Tables
- Strong attention to detail

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
