No Problem Movers, a reputable moving company, is seeking an Office Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage emails, file paperwork, and answer phone calls
- Handling customer queries
- Acting as a Liasion between office and crew members
- Transfer data from paper formats into database systems and update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Type letters, reports, and other documents
- Use Encircle to create new claims, complete claim reporting, updating, disposition updates, valuation, and appraisal, uploading pertaining information to the claim to include, including photos, text, documents, forms, etc…
- Complete other duties as assigned by the employer
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
