We are looking for a new Sales administration assistant to support our executive team and our marketing team. You will manage business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, complex analysis, and organizing meetings to get results.
To do this role properly you should have great business acumen, a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems, and have previous relevant business experience.
Qualifications:
- Business education
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Full proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Great business acumen
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, professional level verbal and written communications skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
Responsibilities:
- You will coordinate and ensure that all new products are listed with the various chain accounts as directed by the Sales Management Team.
- You will maintain price changes as they are made by the Sales Management Team within the account databases as well as PCF Souvenirs database & Pricing System.
- You will help with the creation of any reports, analysis, and project management.
- You will manage any data entries in our Customer's portals
Aside from the above, you will also be involved in:
- New product administration
- Maintenance of new product information in the database (description, ref codes, UPC codes, pack sizes, suggested retail, product dimensions)
- Help develop promotions for individual territories for discontinued merchandise or season specials
- Any other task assigned by your manager
