Senior Advisor, HR Solutions and Analytics is a part of the Operational Excellence team and focuses on delivering and maintaining HR technology solutions aligned with organizational goals, enhancing HR processes through strategic partnerships, data-driven insights, and operational excellence. They support testing, documentation, and governance to ensure seamless adoption of new features and optimal system performance.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the potential of extension or transitioning to a permanent role.
What You Will Be Doing
HR Solution Delivery
- Develop repeatable User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and maintain a library of HR requests for review during new releases.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure solutions align with operational standards and integrate seamlessly across systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
- Build partnerships with Operational Excellence teams to establish governance models and ensure effective intake processes.
Strategic HR Technology Business Partner
- Understand organizational needs and future initiatives, aligning HR technology with employee experience goals.
- Ensure business leaders comprehend access management roles and associated tasks.
- Create communication strategies for HR systems, presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Documentation and Testing
- Manage and track project requirements, support cloud solution implementation, and conduct peer reviews of specifications.
- Work with stakeholders to test solutions, evaluate results, and ensure interoperability of system modules.
- Enhance requirement-gathering processes by researching and developing improved templates and strategies.
Organizational Capability Building
- Serve as a reporting SME, consulting on HR system reporting efficacy and performance improvements.
- Educate leaders on their roles in HR technology design and recommend process changes based on data insights.
- Perform post-configuration testing to confirm system performance and validate expected outcomes.
Overall Release Management Governance
- Assess new HR technology releases for relevance, functionality, and impact on processes.
- Build business cases to prioritize new features, evaluating ROI and employee experience improvements.
- Ensure adoption of updates by HR teams and provide training for new functionalities.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience leading implementation or operation of Workday HRIS in an enterprise setting
- Strong proficiency in Workday (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Scheduling)
- Strong understanding of data management, Workday HCM
- Experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
- Workday and Service Now certification preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Excellent time and project management skills with proven organizational and multi-tasking proficiency and ability to manage fluctuating work volumes
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, data management tools, and Power BI for advanced analytics and reporting.

Compensation
The target salary range for this position is $75,454 to $90,545. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
