A strategic finance leader managing all financial aspects of a growing fintech company with focus on financial operations, risk management, and strategic planning.

THE TASKS
Financial Operations
- Oversee treasury and money management for product operations
- Manage daily bank balances and transaction monitoring
- Oversee financial reporting using QuickBooks and internal systems
- Lead quarterly close process and annual audits
- Manage regulatory filings and compliance requirements
Risk Management
- Oversee internal and external risk management processes
- Manage relationships with credit team and external lending partners
- Lead audit processes and compliance reviews
- Interface with regulatory bodies and banking partners
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Drive financial modeling and board reporting
- Manage sales metrics and internal reporting
- Oversee consolidated financial statements across multiple entities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Special Projects
- Support capital management initiatives
- Drive process improvements and automation
- Manage stakeholder relationships

- Take ownership of all financial operations
- Document and understand all existing processes
- Build relationships with key team members

- Master business modeling and forecasting

THE SKILL SET
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- CPA or equivalent designation
- Financial services industry experience required
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
