Financial Accountant/Bookkeeper
Quest Tech Inc., a small sized family-owned precision metal fabricator located in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Full Time Financial Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of accounting up to and including the preparation of financial statements and will have experience using ERP Software.
Skills/Qualifications:
· 3 years’ experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
· Excellent skills in:
-Organization and analysis.
- Problem solving.
- Oral and written communication.
- Computer spreadsheets and the ability to download, upload, information
from several on- line sites.
- Understanding payroll regulations and performing payroll duties.
- Ability to work well with management team.
Job Duties:
· Prepare monthly financial statements and analysis.
· Prepare year end audit package for auditors.
· Prepare and submit weekly payroll.
· Supervise order entry and invoicing.
· Monitor accounts receivable.
· Prepare accounts payable and issue cheques.
· Administer employee benefits.
· Maintain employee records.
· Maintain account balances.
· WIP and earned revenue monthly evaluation.
· Responsible for government filing and remittances.
· Other Administrative duties as assigned.
Additional Information:
· Wage TBD -dependent on experience
· Monday-Friday 7:00 am- 3:30 p.m.
Benefit Package offered after 6 months probation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
