Responsibilities
- Process Oversight: Serve as the bridge between the operations and finance teams by understanding updates and effectively managing them in the rates and payouts. Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly reports on financial metrics and trends to provide insight into performance outcomes. Generate and present financial statements and reports for management review.
- Invoicing Coordination: Review Excel templates to ensure accuracy and adherence to client rates. Verify completeness and support the technician team in maintaining accurate records of all invoicing transactions.
- Team Support: Lead the technician team, ensuring precise execution of tasks related payables. Ensure effective communication of new information, and process updates
- Information Translation: Grasp information from the operations team and translate it for the data technician team. Ensure clear and effective communication of operational information.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead regular meetings with both the technician team and operations manager, to keep project and communication up to date
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring proactive and clear communication about costs, issues, billing, and other updates
- Cost and Margin Oversight: Act as the key source of information for legacy and IDC-related costs, monitoring changes, reporting on margin changes, updating pricing, and ensuring template accuracy.
- Interdepartmental Support: Assist other departments with information requests and perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Month End accruals: Able to assit in month end accurals, and able to provide requested reports by other teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and invoicing coordination.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in financial software and Excel.
- Ability to grasp information from operations and effectively translate it for the data technician team.
