Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities : Performs duties to include but not limited to:

*Quickbook knowledge is a must as well as basic payroll and accounting

Approving weekly or monthly timesheets such as tax calculations and overtime verification
Creating payroll reports and storing information
Preparing and processing invoices and deposits
Cheque Reconciliation
Keen attention to detail and an ability to identify errors in financial reports
Ability to use accounting or payroll software (Quickbooks)
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Superb ethical integrity when working with confidential and financial information
Knowledge of accounts receivable
Strong business, finance and accounting knowledge and experience
Answering Phones and assisting clients
Creating and sending out maintenance reports to property managers
Filing
Quote follow ups
General Administrative duties (Knowledge of Excel is an asset)
Collections (Emails and Phone Calls)
