Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities : Performs duties to include but not limited to:
*Quickbook knowledge is a must as well as basic payroll and accounting
- Approving weekly or monthly timesheets such as tax calculations and overtime verification
- Creating payroll reports and storing information
- Preparing and processing invoices and deposits
- Cheque Reconciliation
- Keen attention to detail and an ability to identify errors in financial reports
- Ability to use accounting or payroll software (Quickbooks)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Superb ethical integrity when working with confidential and financial information
- Knowledge of accounts receivable
- Strong business, finance and accounting knowledge and experience
- Answering Phones and assisting clients
- Creating and sending out maintenance reports to property managers
- Filing
- Quote follow ups
- General Administrative duties (Knowledge of Excel is an asset)
- Collections (Emails and Phone Calls)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
