THE POSITION:

We are currently looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties such as:

- providing support to our management and employees,

- assisting in daily office duties, and managing our organization’s general administrative activities.

- coordinate Summer Camps and other events

-Apply for grants to support our organization

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Managing day to day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Assisting with scheduling meetings, events, and appointments for staff and volunteers.
Supporting fundraising efforts by organizing donation events, and helping with brand planning.
Preparing, editing, and distributing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical, and ensuring proper record-keeping.
Assisting with grant applications and reporting by organizing necessary documentation.
Coordinating volunteer activities and maintaining volunteer databases.
Able to support the organization in organizing events, outreach, and community engagement efforts.
Assisting in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and reports for board and committee meetings.
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
