**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting and possess strong clerical and organizational skills. Bookkeeping or accounting background is essential.

**Duties:**

- Assist with data bookkeeping entry, filing documents, and maintaining office records

- Perform general office tasks including answering phones and greeting visitors

- Support office staff with administrative duties as needed

**Experience:**

- Previous experience with various bookkeeping software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or others

- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records

- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products

You will help the bookkeeper by maintaining records, filing documents and entering data into our accounting software (training will be provided). You will also be cross-trained to help with the Customer Service associate (producing documents for shipping & receiving). Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
