Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receiveable. payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Utilize Quickbooks to maintain accurate financial records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Leverage Dext (formerly Receipt Bank) to steamline expense management and data entry processess.

Qualifications

Office Administration experience.
Proficiency in Quickbooks and Dext is essential.
Strong Knowledge of accounting principles, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Typing speed WPM 70
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,609.57-$84,192.15 per year
