Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receiveable. payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Utilize Quickbooks to maintain accurate financial records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Leverage Dext (formerly Receipt Bank) to steamline expense management and data entry processess.
Qualifications
- Office Administration experience.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Dext is essential.
- Strong Knowledge of accounting principles, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Typing speed WPM 70
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $44,609.57-$84,192.15 per year
