Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Utilize QuickBooks for order entering.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating effective phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
Preparing spreadsheets and other related reports.
Processing shipping documents and interacting with carriers.
Track and monitor order status, and provide timely updates to customers

Experience

Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and clients professionally.
