Overview
IKM Testing (Canada) Limited started in NL in 2000 and is a member company within the Norwegian IKM Group of Companies. Established in 1989, IKM has become a Major Supplier of Mechanical Completion / Commissioning and Inspection services to both onshore/offshore industries in Norway, Canada, and other international locations.

Duties

Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employee salaries.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar tools for effective financial management.
Prepare detailed account analysis to identify trends and variances in financial performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in accounting/finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) is highly desirable.
Experience with budgeting, account reconciliation, payroll management, and account analysis.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with team members across various departments.

Pay: $63,029.34-$100,000.00 per year
