As we grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team and oversee vital administrative and operational functions.

Position Overview: The Operations Administrator will play a key role in managing our company’s purchasing, accounting, inventory, and financial operations. This position requires a deep understanding of QuickBooks, strong organizational skills, and a background in accounting to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing:
Source and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Process invoices and payments promptly and accurately.
Track and reconcile accounts receivable.
Handle communication with vendors and customers regarding payments.
Inventory Management:
Track incoming and outgoing inventory.
Ensure accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
Accounting:
Maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
Reconcile bank statements and manage company accounts.
Administrative Support:
Support day-to-day office operations as needed.
Assist with other tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory).
Background in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of purchasing and inventory management practices.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
