We are looking for highly motivated and career-focused individuals who believe in providing the best service and results for our company as Collection Agents and Debt Recovery Agents.

WHAT THE ROLE IS:

Connect with consumers via inbound and outbound calls for the purpose of resolving delinquent CBV purchased accounts and performing collection actions.
Work in an automatic dialer environment, servicing a high volume of calls.
Process payments and negotiate repayments.
Work towards set revenue targets.
Represent the Company in a professional manner on each call.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

Customer Service and Call Centre experience.
Strong communicators and negotiators.
Ability to multitask and to produce results in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Strong computer skills – you will be required to maneuver within an automated collection system and/or multiple databases.
