Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, reliable and dedicated individual looking for a long-term position in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile accounts, including vendor, bank, visa, factory and Commission accounts (Canada and US)
Preparation of 1099's, W2 and T2200
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
Perform administrative tasks related to financial operations.
Utilize Quickbooks and Excel to manage and analyze financial data.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (Both written and verbal)
Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and Vendors.
Strong proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel.
Experience in accounts payable and financial reconciliation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

$19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
