Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and administrative skills, ensuring that the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. Experience in a dental office or similar setting is preferred, but we welcome applicants with a strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar to ensure efficient operations.
Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Utilize our booking system to it's maximum efficiency.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with other staff members to facilitate smooth communication within the office.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Take content for socials
Must be able to handle a fast pace environment

Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour
