Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic financial team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in account reconciliations, and supporting various accounting functions. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
Handle accounts receivable tasks, including billing and collections.
Utilize accounting software for financial reporting and data management.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
Maintain organized financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in accounting roles with a focus on account reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Proficiency in Russian (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance standards is desirable.
