Kingsway DPO is seeking an individual to join our team as a bookkeeper for a 1-2 month contract position. Experience with Net Suite and Quickbooks is required.

The successful candidate should possess strong: bookkeeping, communication, organization, and office skills. The successful candidate will take the lead role on setting Kingsway DPO up on Net Suite and importing our data.

This contract role will be hybrid - some hours in office and some from home

Job Summary:

Take the lead on all bookkeeping activities
AR/AP/Payroll
Reconcile accounts, credit cards, bank accounts, monthly vendors statements
Post & Maintain journal entries
Month End, Quarter End and Final Reports
Strong Quick Books& MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail & Organized

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Netsuite experience
QuickBooks experience
Proficient written and oral English skills
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education:

Accounting Diploma or Degree

Salary:

$25.00-$37.00 per hour depending on experience and job performance

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $25.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
