Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and providing support to staff and management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed to enhance team performance.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors via phone systems and email.
Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Ensure adherence to office protocols and maintain a professional work environment.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial records is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Ability to supervise a team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
Budgeting experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
