Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software and possess strong organizational skills. Pay raise will be based on knowledge of duties and work performed, Time Managment and Organization of Duties.

Responsibilities

Assisting with Managing Inventory, maintaining and tracking spreadsheets
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry and filing, Journal Entries, Maintain general ledgers, Prepare Financial Statements, Prepare Trial Balance
- Complete bank reconciliations and account reconciliation and Payroll
- Support payroll processing and accounts receivable and Accounts Payable functions daily
- Utilize QuickBooks, for daily tasks and maintaining accounts, financial reporting,
- Assist in various administrative duties

Must be organized and extremely well at Time Management

Experience
- Previous experience in administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and Time Management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
