ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team in Edmonton, AB as an Accounts Payable Clerk! Take charge of our daily accounts payable tasks and oversee essential office functions. Process Accounts Payable and freight payables
Verify receiving documents to purchase orders and invoices
Input/update payables to computer system
Investigate variances relating to processing of invoices with vendors and/or internal departments

WHAT YOU BRING:

1 - 2 years’ experience in an accounting environment preferred
Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
Post-secondary education and related experience an asset
Strong computer and data entry skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Superior customer service skills combined with ability to prioritize and multitask
