We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting functions, including data entry, managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documents.

Duties of the position:

· Monitor agent account balances and ensure payments are received within established timelines.

· Resolve payment discrepancies and issues by communicating with agents and the team.

· Prepare and send statements and reminders for overdue payments.

· Reconcile agent accounts regularly to ensure all payments are accounted for.

· Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices and payments.

· Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Skills required:

· Diploma bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.

· Proven experience in an accounting or finance-related role, preferably in an assistant capacity.

· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
