**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing invoices, and following up on outstanding payments. **Duties:** - Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data - Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits - Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status **Skills:** - Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations - Proficiency in data entry and account reconciliation - Experience with accounts receivable processes - Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions - Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Ability to analyze financial services data effectively - Knowledge of accounts payable procedures is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.
