Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary/Bookkeeper to work in our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all bookkeeping and secretarial duties, directly supporting the business owner/operator.

Duties

Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing.
Utilize accounting software for bookkeeping tasks.
Process payroll.
Answer phones and attend to walk in customers.
Process ICBC claims.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Experience with account reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
