Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our operations by managing booking-keeping and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel, and financial processes.

Responsibilities

Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Perform administrative support with accounts receivables and accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing, account payments and accurate financial reports.
Support payroll processing and maintain employee records as needed.
Conduct account analysis as required to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various financial tasks.
Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in the English language.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Thorough understanding of financial processes in order to assist with bank reconciliation, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account analysis.
High school Diploma required.
