Job Summary:

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions. You will handle accounts payable duties, process vendor invoices, and post deals to our accounting system. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

- Accounts Payable Management:

- Process and review invoices from vendors and suppliers.

- Verify accuracy of billing and ensure timely payments.

- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain organized records of all transactions and correspondence.

- -Company credit card reconciliations

- Managing / Receiving material via email

- Filing (electronic and manual)

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma supplemented by an accounting certificate or diploma

- Minimum One (1) year of relative experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in an automotive dealership setting.

- Knowledge of CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds or PBS software

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
