KTM is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This full-time, in-office role is integral to supporting our operations team with daily office duties and assisting the Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the operations and accounting teams.
Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
Assist with project tracking and coordination.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of office administrative experience.
Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Ability to monitor and track multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
