Trans-Care Rescue Ltd. is currently looking for a full time bookkeeper. The position will be Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (40 hours per week). Working remotely is not an available option.

Job Requirements

Must have a minimum of 5 years accounting experience.
Must have a good working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Post-secondary education in accounting an asset.
Strong computer skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Highly organized and strong ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work load.

Duties

Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
US Accounts Payable
GST/PST/Payroll Remittances
Credit Card Reconciliations
Bank Reconciliations
Year End Duties for Accountant
Various other accounting and office duties as required

Only people with the above-mentioned qualifications will be considered for an interview.

Special consideration will be given to applicants with experience in ComplyWorks, ISNetworld, Ariba, Aveeta, Coupa, Agiliron and Nimbi.

Trans-Care Rescue Ltd. is located 30 kms northwest of Saskatoon on Highway 16.
