THE ROLE

Accounts Receivable

Entering remittances
Entering customer credits
Ensuring accounts are paid and up to date

Accounts Payable

Entering bills from vendors in Quickbooks accounting system
Planning weekly payment run
Reconciling accounts and ensuring all bills are entered

Requirements

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to work under pressure
Strong ability to multi-task
Work experience with Quickbooks desktop is an asset
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Basic mathematical/accounting skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Bookkeeping and office experience an asset
