Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth interactions.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and vendor management.
Supervise office staff and provide guidance as needed to promote a productive work environment.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Handle phone etiquette professionally while managing incoming calls and inquiries.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in supervising staff or managing teams is a plus.
Familiarity with human resources practices is advantageous.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed.
