Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles. This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to the success of our firm.

Duties:

Full Cycle Accounting
Payroll including filing T4's & ROE's
Bank and Credit Card reconciliation
Government Filings (HST/GST, WSIB, T5, T5018)
Conduct thorough reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy
Ability to conduct year-end review in preparation for tax filing
Completes assigned work with a minimum level of supervision

Experience:

Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online & Desktop (Certified would be an asset)
Strong knowledge of account analysis, budgeting, payroll, AR, AP, and bank reconciliation
Proven Bookkeeping Skills (Accounting Diploma or Certification preferred)
Effectively communicates with clients and co-workers (written and oral)
Team Player, Open Minded, and always looking for efficiencies
