Responsibilities Summary

Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Utilize accounting software QuickBooks
Conduct financial audits to identify discrepancies
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Payroll and all government submissions

Analyze financial and operational data to calculate doctor compensation accurately, considering productivity, revenue generation, and contractual agreements.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in draw calculations and address any discrepancies.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to doctor compensation and draw calculations.
Manage the accounts receivable function, including preparation of AR aging report in collaboration with the practices
Monitor accounts receivable aging, identify and address payment issues, and optimize collection procedures.
Analyze accounts receivable data and generate reports to assess cash flow, collection performance, and outstanding balances.
Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, related to doctor compensation and accounts receivable.
Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate trends, variances, and performance indicators
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to draw calculations and accounts receivable.
Identify areas for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement based on financial analysis.
Assist with both external and internal audits on a quarterly and annual basis.
Process monthly and ad hoc journal entries.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst (1+ years).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
