Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Financial Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to support financial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in reconciling transactions, managing accounts payable, and providing financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile monthly credit card transactions; assist with inquiries and correspondence with credit card holders.
Reconcile monthly out-of-pocket transactions; prepare payouts and assist employees with inquiries.
Create accounts payable payment journals for EFT processing; assist with payment vouchers and troubleshooting.
Review payment request submissions; assist with setup of new vendor accounts in the ERP system.
Support inquiries and provide training on accounting systems.
Assist with daily cashbook updates and bank reconciliation.
Prepare weekly cash flow reports.
Prepare monthly cash balance and credit card advanced payment reports.
Manage recurring office and general expenses.
Assist with cheque deposits and accounts receivable clearing.
Assist with filing annual provincial information returns.
Participate in ad hoc projects for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills And Qualifications

1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in industry roles.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
