We are looking to add to our team a Bookkeeper that understands there is a team that supports and works to achieve the best quality of work and output.

What we are looking for:

· College diploma in Accounting, Business or other relevant discipline

· 5+ year of AP/AR experience and proficient in Sage 50 & QuickBooks online accounting software

· Sound knowledge of Excel

· Must be a continuous learner, capable of thriving in changing, fast-paced environment

· Capacity to multi-task and tackle multiple priorities

· Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail are essential

· Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in English

· Experience in a professional office

· MUST be honest and trustworthy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Completing day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
Payroll Administration
Processing and entering invoices
Monitoring, following-up and updating accounts regarding payment
Reconciling accounts and preparing reports
Posting journal entries and assisting with month-end procedures
Maintaining filing systems
Additional support for Accounting & Finance team as required

Language: English (Required)

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday

Compensation is based on experience

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
