The Opportunity

Are you a forward-thinking Accounts Payable professional looking to make a real impact? Do you thrive in an exciting and evolving environment? Highbury Canco is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to help modernize the AP department and support our Finance Team at our Leamington location. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to create efficiencies and automate processes, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and manage high volumes of invoices, including inventory and freight
Effectively maintain vendor accounts, payment and contact information, as well as GRIR balances
Provide insight to elevate our AP processes, leveraging your deep knowledge of best practices
Utilize your SAP experience to optimize system functionalities, ensuring smooth, accurate and timely payments
Upholding the values of discretion and professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities
Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration
3+ years proven experience in accounts payable and process optimization
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP
High level of competency in MS Office applications
A positive and willing attitude
Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments, fostering strong relationships and contributing to the overall success of the company
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities
Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement
