Responsibilities

Your duties will encompass completing tax, compilation, and review engagements for private enterprises in a wide variety of industries. You will be familiar with personal and corporate tax compliance matters, and will be responsible for working alongside a partner in assisting our clients with their tax planning and corporate reorganizations. You will work closely with our professionals and work directly with clients. This is an opportunity to join a growing and dynamic firm.

Prepare/review compilation and review engagement files, financial statements and corporate income tax returns for a wide variety of clients
Prepare/review personal income tax returns and trust income tax returns
Fulfills a variety of support roles in accounting and bookkeeping for clients
Prepare/review GST and other statutory returns for clients as required

Demonstrated academic excellence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
Flexibility to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities

Additional preferred skills

Familiarity with accounting and tax software (SAGE, QuickBooksOnline, TaxPrep, CaseWare)
Corporate accounting or financial statement experience
Corporate tax experience
Personal tax experience
Bookkeeping experience

Pay: $54,562.60-$94,418.76 per year
