Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Administrator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. This position requires proficiency in various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. The Accounting Administrator will contribute to the overall financial health of the organization by providing timely and accurate financial information.

Duties
- Perform account analysis and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify transactions and maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Utilize accounting software, specifically Xero, to manage financial data efficiently.
- Assist in corporate finance activities by preparing financial statements and reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Experience
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role within the finance department.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in account analysis and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- A background in corporate finance is a plus but not mandatory.
