We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Administrator/Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, customer service & social media marketing with a focus on organizational skills and attention to detail.

*Responsibilities*

Answer and direct phone calls, provide information to clients, and handle inquiries professionally.
Assist in preparing for open houses by organizing materials, setting up property details, and ensuring a smooth event.
Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of property listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage real estate paperwork, including contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Manage multiple email accounts

Marketing Support:

Monitor social media metrics and provide reports on engagement and effectiveness to refine marketing strategies.
Ability to create engaging content and design promotional materials.
Create and schedule engaging social media posts to promote listings, open houses, and team activities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Qualifications:

Minumum 2 years of experience in administration
Must understanding & have skills with social media platforms (instagram, facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in social media management and marketing.
Ability to complete tasks quickly and effectively
Capable of determining solutions to regular problems with minimal guidance and ability to analyze complex scenarios
Must be able to work on weekends as needed
Driver's License/Vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
