Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and adaptable individual who can demonstrate initiative. This will involve a high degree of independence, time management and multi-tasking skills.

Duties
· Perform general administrative duties

· Complete basic bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payables, Bank reconciliations

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions using QB accounting software.

· Assist with payroll processing and Company credit card allocations

. Assist with various administrative tasks to support the efficient day to day operations.

Experience

3 years Working experience with QuickBooks desktop and payroll
Understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
Strong computer skills - especially Microsoft Excel
Desire and ability to learn new tasks, flexibility, multitasking.
Able to work productively with minimum supervision.
Good work record and strong work ethic.
Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.

Job Type: Part-time
