Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting tasks and software programs to support our office operations effectively. Applicants will be expected to work Monday to Friday 9-5.

Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Support payroll functions

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using quickbooks accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
