We are currently looking for a full-time: Accounting Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

Financial record keeping; preparing, reconciling and data entry of general ledger data
Cost accounting assistance
Resident trust management
Accounts receivable receipting
Credit card reconciliations
Payroll processing backup
Budget development assistance

Requirements:

College or university graduate in a business discipline with a minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience.

Financial acumen - Strong numerical aptitude and understanding of basic accounting.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to changes in regulations, software and practices.

Strong computer skills: Sage Accounting, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Point Click Care, Dayforce, Staff Schedule Care.

Enjoy working in a team environment.

The successful candidate is required to provide a satisfactory

Canadian Police Information Check (CPIC) at their own expense.

Salary commensurate with experience.
