Position: Experienced Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and efficient bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in QBO, Dext, Jane, Microsoft Office, and Payworks to manage our full-cycle bookkeeping. This role requires a self-disciplined and energetic individual with excellent communication skills, who can work independently and is comfortable asking questions to quickly understand the complexities of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

Receive and enter all supplier invoices.
Upload source documents into Dext and attach them to the appropriate transactions.
Enter all bank and credit card transactions from the bank feed daily.
Provide an accounts payable aged listing to the CFO weekly for EFT payments.
Enter journal entries from Payworks bi-weekly and apply EFT payments to invoices.

Accounts Receivable:

Enter monthly sales from Jane reports and match them to bank deposits.
Maintain 30, 60, 90, and 120+ aged listings.
Contact patients with outstanding balances beyond 30 days.

General:

Maintain an online filing system for all invoices and receipts.
Adhere to timelines set forth by the finance team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
