Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

-Handle payroll

-inventory management and asset management

- Oversee and coordinate office operations and administrative procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Handle accounts payable and receivable using sage 50
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Manage phone systems and correspondence

Requirements:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in sage 50 and other accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff at all levels
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures

Pay: $26.81-$30.22 per hour
